Kensington’s Halloween at Holland Park Ticket Portal

FAQs / Help

Where do I enter, queue, and exit?

The entrance is located at the main gates of Holland Park on Kensington High Street. The queue will begin inside the main gates.

Please note that the event operates as a one-way experience. Visitors will enter through the main gates and leave from the exit at the top of Holland Park, at the end of the cycle path.

When is The Playful Park of Peculiar open?

The Playful Park of Peculiar is open from 16:30 until 19:30 on Saturday 31 October 2026, with timed arrival slots available every 10 minutes.

The final entry slot is at 19:00.

What is the difference between the earlier and later sessions?

Earlier sessions will be playful, welcoming, and particularly suited to families with younger children.

As daylight fades, the lighting, sound and performances will become a little darker and more atmospheric. The later sessions will remain fun and family-friendly, but there may be a little more Halloween mischief in the shadows.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than five minutes before the time shown on your ticket.

Your booked arrival time is provided as a guide. Depending on visitor numbers, your actual entry may be slightly earlier or later than the time shown. Please be assured that everyone with a valid booking will be admitted.

You may experience a short period of queuing after arriving at the park.

Can I turn up and book on the day?

We strongly recommend booking your free tickets online in advance to secure your preferred arrival time.

Subject to availability, a QR code will be displayed at the entrance gates to book on the day.

Do adults need their own tickets?

Yes. Please book a ticket for every adult and child attending as part of your family, party, or group. This helps us manage the number of visitors within the park safely.

What if I’m running late?

Don’t worry if you are running a tad late. As long as you have a valid booking and arrive before the final entry time of 7pm, you will still be admitted.

Depending on visitor numbers when you arrive, you may need to wait a short time before entering.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. You don’t need to print your ticket. Please have your booking confirmation email open and ready to show the event team when you arrive, displayed on your phone.

I want to add more tickets to my order. What should I do?

If you would like to add more people to your party, please make a separate booking for the additional tickets. Tickets are subject to availability, and every adult and child attending will need their own ticket.

What should I do if I can no longer attend?

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your tickets through your DigiTickets account or contact the ticketing team using the ‘Email Us’ button at the bottom of this web-page. This will allow your places to be made available to another family.
